We strive to reference peer-reviewed research and reputable sources, but scientific understanding evolves, and content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Individual variation

Responses to any substance or protocol vary substantially based on genetics, age, sex, medical history, current medications, training status, nutrition, sleep, and many other factors. Dose ranges and protocols presented in the Service are general informational summaries and are not calibrated to your individual physiology.

Performance-enhancing substances
