Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may and may not do with BioStack Intelligence (the "Service"). It supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. You may

• Use the Service to track your own stack, bloodwork, cycles, and protocols.
• Use the Service for personal education and harm-reduction research.
• Export your own data at any time from Settings.

2. You may not

• Use the Service to supply, broker, sell, distribute, prescribe, or facilitate the acquisition of any controlled, prescription, or research-chemical substance, whether or not that activity is legal where you are.
• Use the Service to coach, prescribe to, or otherwise provide individualized medical recommendations to third parties in a way that would require a license you do not hold.
• Represent Service output as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of another person.
• Input another person's identifiable health information without their documented consent and a lawful basis.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise copy the Service, its models, its databases, or its content, except as expressly permitted by law.
• Circumvent rate limits, tier limits, authentication, or access controls; share paid-tier credentials; or use the Service to probe for vulnerabilities without a written agreement with us.
• Upload malware; use the Service to attack other systems; or use the Service in connection with activity that is fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, to train a competing model, or to generate training data for a competing model.
• Use the Service to facilitate doping in sanctioned competitions in violation of the applicable anti-doping code.

3. Minors and vulnerable users

The Service is for adults (see Terms § 1). Do not use the Service to recommend performance-enhancing substances to minors or to vulnerable adults.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, throttle features, and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including without notice where risk to safety, security, or legal compliance warrants it. We will cooperate with valid legal process.
